Make your stay even more special by adding a Mindfulness walk with Inge from the Yogatuin Rheden! Every Tuesday morning from 10:00 till 11:15 (excluding school holidays)
Start the morning with a varied walk. Mindful Yoga walking is a combination of walking, relaxation excerises, breathing excersises en stand-up yoga to stretch the body and to prevent stiffness. Inge takes you with her in the beautiful surroundings of Rheden and the forests, The walk is approximately 304 kilometers and is done with full attention. This way you are aware of your body, your thinking, your breath, your limitations and possibilities and of course the beautiful surrroundings. Experience more energy and piece of mind!
