Camping with your children at Buitenplaats Beekhuizen is guaranteed to be a success. Kids can play outside all day and discover nature. There are various play facilities in nature at the park. On field 1 there is a cool water pump that runs through the entire park, and there is also playground equipment next to Restaurant WOODZ; a cable car and slide. On field 2 you will find water stones, for guaranteed splashing fun on hot days. On field 4 there are educational activities with the barefoot path and the long jump tree.During their stay, the children will discover everything at Buitenplaats Beekhuizen! Surrounding area
Visit one of our nearby favorites: Burgers' Zoo, the Dutch Open Air Museum or Castle Rosendael.For a day out, go to the Water Museum or to the unique play- and discoverypark De Spelerij and De Uitvinderij. The Veluwezoom Visitors' Center of Natuurmonumenten can also not be missed during a day out!
May we recommend the BUGGY Route (3.5 km) of OERRR (childrens nature program), that starts at the Visitor Center. The route leads to the Herikhuizerveld viewpoint, with fun OERRR assignments for the children along the way. Because the route follows the wheelchair path, younger brothers and sisters can safely join in their buggy. You walk the same route back and forth, so you can spread the assignments on the way there and back.
During Summer it is wonderful to swim and sunbathe at Klarenbeek open air swimming pool or Rhederlaag recreation area.

Within half an hour drive you will be at Ouwehands Zoo, where you can view pandas. And because of our convenient location in relation to the German border, the amusement park Movie Park Germany is only an hour away.
Experience that freedom can never be taken for granted at the Airborne Museum.
A visit to the Kröller-Müller Museum is also very much worthwhile.
